The Arthritis Foundation Exercise program is a low-impact physical activity program proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. The routines include gentle range-of-motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level. Helps keep joints flexible and muscles strong, improve sleep, increase energy and improve your overall outlook.

Led by Certified Instructor Kim Pronovich, classes will take place each Tuesday and Thursday in Ziccardi Hall from 1-2 p.m.

Members of the Area Agency on Agency may qualify for free or reduced fee classes. If you are not a member of AAA, contact Jasper Butero at SC COG 719-845-1133.
