The dental office serves Medicaid patients on the Mt. Carmel campus. The Dental clinic is located at 928 Smith Street in Trinidad, and is adjacent to the already operational Salud medical clinic.
This is a great addition to the community and will provide access to quality, affordable dental services to all members of the Trinidad community and surrounding area. The dental clinic serves all ages and is staffed by a full-time dentist and full-time hygienist. Salud provides the full range of dental services, including:

· Diagnostic (including x-rays)

· Prosthetic services (partials and dentures)
· Crowns and bridges
· Treatment of gums and supporting tissues
· Root canal surgery

Salud’s Dental clinic accepts Medicaid, CHP+, Colorado Senior Dental Program and Delta Dental. Salud offers a sliding fee payment scale based on family size and income. Insurance enrollment assistance is available.
