Chronic Pain Management

Class starts Monday May 17th, 1 PM-3 PM MST; 9 week class. Class is designed to build self awareness and share techniques for managing pain. During this class, we cover topics such as healthy eating, physical activity, breath techniques, pacing and planning, action plans, and more. This is a great class for group support and long term management of chronic disease and pain.
